I took a three 3 month coaching course with Merel. My goals were to gain more confidence and use running/working out in the process.I would say I definitely feel more confident, or more relaxed in situations I felt tense or insecure before. I feel less influenced by negative thoughts, as I'm more concious about when they occur and I spend more time focusing on the positive. It was daily writing excercises and interesting conversations about my personal values and identity that helped me with this.
